Group Mat classes
I teach group classes in a variety of health clubs and gyms. If you want to find out more, have a look at my schedule, or get in touch.
PLEASE NOTE: if the in-person class times/locations don’t suit you, Zoom classes are a great option.
One to ones

Apparatus Classes
I teach Reformer & Tower classes as well as sessions on the full Studio Apparatus. Group classes, 121s and duets are all options. Check out my current timetable for locations and times.
Mini sessions
Born out of lockdown, the demands of home schooling and a belief that regularity of practise is key, I started sharing 20 minute sessions with clients 3 times a week for them to do when it suited them. And - by popular demand - the Minis live on! Suitable for anyone who is familiar with the Pilates basics and fit to exercise, you can try out a week’s worth of Minis or sign up for a month block.
